so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance
We try to simplify the preparation of insurance claims, thereby holding down costs that are unrelated to the delivery of good dental care.We will fill out and help you maximize your insurance benefits at no charge to you.We cannot be held responsible for insurance benefits or payments.They have a contract with you and not our office.
Fees and Payments
We make every effort to keep down the cost of your dental care.You can help by paying your portion upon completion of each visit. Other arrangements can be made with our office manager. We accept many credit cards and offer payment plans including interest free financing.
Financial Policies
We have made and will continue to make every effort to keep down the cost of your dental care. Our policy is to request payment at the time of your dental treatment. We try to avoid sending statements, because the cost of paperwork, postage and manpower affects our fees.
We do our best to adjust to our patient's requirements in planning for the investment in superior dental health. Our treatment coordinator will work with you to arrange a treatment plan that fits your timetable and budget. We will be happy to discuss every procedure and fee before we start. We also will help you arrange for payment, as several methods are acceptable. We realize that every person's financial situation is different. For this reason we have worked hard to provide a variety of payment options to help you receive the dental care needed to enjoy a healthy and confident smile with respect to your budget. We have found that our patients appreciate knowing exactly what dental financial responsibilities they will occur. Therefore, we inform our patients about our financial policies before we begin treatment.
Dental Insurance
Most insurance companies will not cover 100% of all dental expenses. Your portion, not covered by insurance, is due at the time treatment is performed. Please understand that dental insurance is a contract between the patient and the insurance carrier, and not between the insurance carrier and the dentist. Therefore, we ask that all patients be directly responsible for all charges. We will be glad to process your insurance forms at no cost.
Please be aware that we are only capable of approximating your portion due to the large number of insurance companies and to thei periodic changes within their contracts without notifying each dental office of these charges.
Your out of pocket portions on treatment plans (estimating the amount due), will have to be paid at the time of the service or we will be happy to bill the difference to your Credit Card account on the day your insurance check is received by our office. A "signature of file" from you will enable us to do this.
For patients who desire a monthly payment plan we have made arrangements with three finance companies called Capital One, American and Unicorn that will finance your dental work with approved credit, and the loan can be interest free. This will allow you to complete your dental work without delay, and make relatively small monthly payments. Approval is provided quickly without an application fee.
Senior Citizen Discounts
For our patients 65 years or older, we offer a 5% cash discount, (Only 1 discount applies per patient).
Gradual Treatment Plan
If it will be easier financially for those patients without dental insurance, we can plan the completion of your dental work by spreading your appointments over several months or years. We will arrange to do the more urgent services at the beginning of treatment.
